1. Scope
This policy applies to paid Pro and Enterprise PGStyx licenses sold by Boggio Analytics. It does not change the free Community license grant.
2. Default rule
Refunds are not available after a license key has been issued, except for accidental duplicate charges, clear billing mistakes, or failure to deliver the purchased key.
3. Narrow exceptions
A refund may be considered if one of the following happened:
- An accidental duplicate charge was processed for the same purchase.
- A clear billing mistake was made in the manual commercial process.
- The purchased license key was not issued to the licensed Organisation.
4. Before key issuance
If a commercial order needs to be canceled before a license key has been issued, contact info@pgstyx.com promptly so the order can be reviewed before fulfillment.
5. How to request review
Send the request to info@pgstyx.com and include the Organisation name, invoice or order details, and the reason for the request. If the issue is a duplicate charge or billing error, include the relevant dates and payment details so the transaction can be matched.
6. Relationship to other terms
This page works together with the License and Terms pages. If a separate written agreement says something different for a specific purchase, that separate written agreement controls for the subject matter it covers.
