1. Website use
This website provides public product information, documentation, pricing guidance, and legal terms for PGStyx. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its availability, security, or operation.
2. Product and documentation information
The site describes PGStyx as it exists at the time of publication. Documentation, pricing, feature descriptions, and examples are provided for informational purposes and may change as the product changes.
Nothing on this site creates a managed-service commitment, uptime promise, implementation warranty, or blanket fitness guarantee. The governing software terms are on the License page.
3. Commercial inquiries and ordering
Commercial purchases currently begin by contacting info@pgstyx.com. Ordering, account communication, procurement handling, and invoicing for paid PGStyx licenses are handled by Boggio Analytics.
A commercial order may be documented by email, quote, invoice, order confirmation, or separate written agreement. A paid license is issued for the licensed Organisation, not for unrestricted redistribution or use by unrelated third parties.
4. Fulfilment and license issuance
Commercial fulfillment is currently handled manually. After a paid order is confirmed, the relevant license key is issued to the licensed Organisation and the applicable commercial features are activated under the License page and any accompanying written commercial terms.
5. Support boundary
Buying a Pro or Enterprise license pays for software capabilities, not for a separate support contract. Support commitments, response times, service levels, or dedicated support engineering exist only if they are stated in a separate written agreement.
6. Refunds
Refund treatment for paid licenses is described on the Refunds page. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, that page is the public refund policy for commercial PGStyx purchases.
7. Governing law
These website and commercial terms are governed by the laws of Romania, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts of Romania have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with them, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
